Bedrock Preview 26.70.21 adds Packed Ice Bricks, ice ambience over water, and tuning for Ice Balls — and it brings a surprise for music fans: the Music Features Add-On is now free and built in. Preview-profile reminder: this is for testing, not your main world.

  • Frost Walker now works in a circular area

Music Features Add-On, built in

The Music Features Add-On is now free and built into the game. It includes the Disc Press, Blank Disc, Pocket Jukebox, and Track Discs. It isn’t available on Realms yet, so plan for single-player or local worlds for now.

Preview checklist

  1. Back up worlds and use a test world
  2. Craft Packed Ice Bricks and compare them to existing ice blocks
  3. Try Frost Walker on a lake and see the circular effect
